The apartment has been meticulously restored and equipped with stylish elegance; it is confortable and nicely furnished. The apartment has independent central heating and air conditioning.
Individual apartments have individual motifs on the walls; these have been drawn especially by the owner to give a different character to the flats.
“La casa dell’Edera” is a ground-level cottage. It offers a living/dining room; kitchen with a gas stove top, electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher; one bedroom with bathroom with shower and washing machine; one bedroom , joinable beds; one bathroom with shower facilities.
If both apartments are rented to the same group, they can dine in the large kitchen of “La casa dei Limoni”. The shared outdoor area has a barbecue facilities and it is possible to dine outdoors in the garden which is equipped with garden furniture.
